LatchPay uses your Whop account. There is no separate LatchPay password.

Signing in sends you to Whop to confirm who you are, then back here. LatchPay learns your Whop user id, name, email and which businesses you administer, and sets one session cookie. It never sees your Whop password and cannot move money without the connections you set up in the dashboard.
