Once €50 is ready, after LatchPay approves the monthly list.

Rules
- Say that you are paid when you recommend LatchPay.
- No paid search ads on the LatchPay name or misspellings of it.
- No spam, no fake signups, and no paying or rewarding people to sign up.
- No promises about what a store will earn.
Breaking these rules can end your account and cancel unpaid commission related to the breach.
Questions
Do I need to be a LatchPay merchant?
No. Anyone with a Whop account can apply. Merchants on LatchPay can also get their link straight from the dashboard, without an application.
How do I get paid?
Once a month, as a transfer to the Whop account you signed in with, when at least €50 is ready (or the minimum in that currency). Smaller amounts roll over to the next month. Whop asks you to verify your identity before you can withdraw.
When does a referral count?
When someone creates a new LatchPay account within 60 days of clicking your link, and it was the last referral link they clicked. Existing LatchPay accounts and your own account do not count. The €20 is added when the store pays for its first month.
What if the store asks for a refund?
Commission waits 30 days before it can be paid out. A refund or chargeback takes back the commission on that payment. If it was already paid out, the amount is taken from your next payouts.
Do I pay tax on this?
Yes, commission is income. You are responsible for declaring it and for any VAT.
